Earth Day and the Future of Transportation

Hello All!

First off, a big thanks to everyone who helped organize the Edmonton Earth Day Festival, the weather was awesome and there were hundreds of people out for the event!  I was there from 10:30 till 6pm and had a great time talking to everyone about the mini truck and checking out the displays.  If you saw the truck there leave a comment and let me know.

Now, tonight is the Future of Transportation seminar at Grant McEwan University in Edmonton.  This is put on by the  Solar Energy Society of Alberta and runs from 5pm till 9pm with about a dozen alternative fuel modes of transportation on display including the electric mini truck.  The cars will be showing from 5-7pm and there are a few speakers giving talks from 7-9pm.  Check out the link below for more info,

This should be a great event with a bit more of a technical focus than the Earth Day Festival, although the weather doesn’t look quite as nice!  If the rain holds off though we’re hoping Nap Peppin brings the Lithium Hawk out!

Hope to see you there!
